This Privacy Policy describes how Aatman Reecyclling LLP ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Aatman Reecyclling mobile application (the "App"), which lets you schedule doorstep pickups of scrap and recyclable items.
1. Information we collect

We do not collect your GPS location, contacts, financial account details, or advertising identifiers, and the App contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.
2. How your information is used
- To operate your account and authenticate you via OTP
- To create, schedule, and complete scrap pickup requests
- To connect you with the pickup partner assigned to your request
- To maintain records of completed pickups and prices paid
- To contact you about your pickups or provide customer support
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Sharing of information
Your name, phone number, pickup address, and item photos are shared only with the pickup partner assigned to your request so they can carry out the pickup. We do not share your personal information with any other third party except where required by law.
4. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on our servers and transmitted exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to production data is limited to authorised personnel of Aatman Reecyclling LLP.
5. Data retention
We retain your account information and pickup history for as long as your account is active. When your account is deleted, your personal information is removed from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Account and data deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time:
- Email us at aatman@reecyclling.com with the subject "Account deletion request" from any address, including your registered mobile number in the message, or
- Call us at +91 97240 00132.
We will verify the request against your registered phone number and complete the deletion within 30 days.
7. App permissions
- Camera / Photo gallery — used only when you choose to attach photos of scrap items to a pickup request. The App never accesses your camera or photos in the background.
- Internet — required to communicate with our servers.
8. Children's privacy
The App is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
